Power Pranayama Technique

Before performing this Pranayam you can do suryanamashkar( Sun salutations) or other form of exercise or yoga.

1. Sit comfortable in Sukhasana.

2. Begin PowerPranayam with 9 normal deep slow breath in and out. after 9 deep breath in and out, do 45 normal medium pace breath in and out. After that do 54 rapid normal breath in and out. Do this for 3 cycle that is 9+45+54. While each breath in-out repeat mahamantra (Swaminarayan) in mind.

3. After doing PowerPranayam sit there comfortably as long as you want and then slowly open your eyes.
